Today I did 10 minutes of leg & stomach exercises. I also went walking in the park and at the mall for about 15 minutes each.
I haven't had a chance to weigh myself, since I don't own a scale. But when I go to my parents' house I will use their scale to check my progress. I will also use their measuring tape to measure my mid-section and thighs. I don't want to use weight as my only source of measurement. I'm hoping to gain muscle mass, especially in my arms and legs, so this will add to my overall weight.
Basically I just want to get fit and toned. I want to look and feel leaner, and stronger, especially in my trouble areas, my mid-section.
