I've been doing pretty well with my Nintendo Wii exercise routine, but I think I need something more. Right now I'm only using the Wii Fit game that the board came with, and it's okay, but I think I need something more challenging.
I have lost 5 pound since I started on the Wii exercise routing, but I think I could lose more, faster, if I had a better program to follow. The yoga, strength, aerobic, and balance exercises on the Wii Fit do not get my heart rate up, and can sometimes feel a little mundane. I need more of a challenge, I need to sweat more.
So, I've decided to get either the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 or the My Fitness Coach games for the Nintendo Wii, but I'm not sure which one to get. I've decided on those 2 because they are both relatively inexpensive, and I've seen some videos on youtube that show what the game is about, and I seem to like both. I didn't really care for the Gold's Gym video, so that one is out of the picture. And the EA Sports game that just came out is around $60 and that's just too much.
If anyone out there has either of these games, I would love to hear your input, good or bad. Or if anyone would like to sell their game for Entrecard credits, I would be happy to purchase it from you. Just post it in the EC market place, and send me the link so I can check it out.
