I've been so bad this week. I worked a lot of overtime and so I wasn't able to exercise as much as I should have. Today is my only day off and I am forcing myself to get back on track exercising again.
I am afraid to get on my Wii Fit for fear that I've gained back the few pounds that I had lost. The next 2 days I will be walking at work, along with doing my Wii Fit exercises, so hopefully I can get back to losing weight, and reaching my goal of 125 pounds.

I hear you about keeping up on Wii Fit, I constantly find myself skipping a day or two now and again, when I had done it 180 days in a row without skipping once
