Wii Fit Exercise Routine

I finally got my Wii, and I've been using it a lot, especially the Wii Fit, but I'm not losing any weight, which is kind of annoying.

I've unlocked a lot of the exercises on the Wii Fit, but I really like the skiing, hula hoop, and snow boarding.

Now I want to start looking for other good exercise games on the Wii Fit. So if any one out there has any suggestions, please post them here. I want to add some variety to my exercise routine. I like the Fit games, but I would like to try something else.

Out with the Old(Bush), in with the New (Obama)

It's official. Obama is the new U.S. President.

He was sworn in yesterday, as the 44th President of the United States.

Hopefully some new blood in the White House will bring new hope to the U.S.

Obama has his work cut out for him. I hope he can turn this country around and rebuild it to what it was 8 years ago.

I Finally got my Wiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!

After searching the Costco stores in my area, I finally found one that had the Nintendo Wii in stock. Wednesday I went to the Costco by my house and they were all out. I did manage to get the Wii Fit and Wii play, but I still needed the Wii console.

On Thursday I called all the local Costco's and found that the one right by my house had them in stock. They just received a shipment, which is funny because when I asked customer service on Wednesday if they had any on order he said "No". How was it that they didn't have any on order, but they received a shipment the very next day. That's pretty quick.

Anyway, I have my Wii, and I played it last night. It's so much fun. I set my fitness goal to lose 22 pounds in 6 months which is about 1.7 pounds every 2 weeks, according to the Wii Fit. And I worked out/played for about 45 minutes.

I love that I can track my progress on the Wii Fit. I'll post my results here so you can see if the Wii Fit really helps you lose weight.

No Wii for me (for now)

I finally decided to buy the Nintendo Wii, and I can't seem to find one. I really want to buy it from Costco, but the 3 stores I called in my area do not have them in stock. And they don't even have any on order. What's that all about? I'm beginning to think they're just telling their customers that so the store won't be bombarded with Wii seekers when their Wii shipments come in.

I was able to find the Wii fit and Wii Play game, but unfortunately, I can't play with either one until I get the actual Wii console.

I'm going to continue my search tomorrow, I hope I have better luck.

The Daily Planet Finally has Page Rank!!!

Yipee! I'm so excited, I finally moved up in Page Rank. Ever since I started this blog back in June 2008, I have always been listed as N/A under Google's Page Rank. Today, I checked again, and I have a Page Rank of 1.


I'm really trying to build up this blog, so at least now I know my hard work has paid off.

All My Friends Have a Wii, but not me :-(

I am so jealous of all my friends. All they talk about is their new Wii Fit's they got for Christmas. I don't even have the Nintendo Wii console, let alone the Wii Fit. I really need to go out and buy one. I was trying to wait until the price dropped, but the thing is so popular it doesn't seem like it will ever go down in price. I just need to suck it up and go out and buy one.

Time for New Years' Resolutions...

Now that the new year has begun, I'm sure you all made New Year's resolutions. As you might already know, mine is to lose 25 pounds. I weighed myself this morning and I'm sad to say, I gained 2 pounds over the Holiday season. I am currently at 150 pounds and that's the MOST I've ever weighed. That is NOT good.

So today I will start up again with my exercise program. I've also decided to buy the Nintendo Wii Fit to help me out. I was going to save my recycling money to buy the Nintendo Wii, but I think that will take too long. I'm going to use some recycling money, and some money I've made with my blogs to help pay for the Wii. Then I will use future recycling money to buy more games for my Wii.

For now, I'm off to do some exercising. I'll keep you updated on my progress.

Happy New Year Everyone!

I hope you all had a great time last night, I know I did.

I had a nice dinner with my parents, since it was their Wedding Anniversary, then I went over to my friend's house. We had a great time. We hung out, played some games on the Nintendo Wii, and had a few drinks. My friend lives in the same Condo complex as me, so I didn't have to go far. That also meant that I could drink with out having to worry about driving home.

I'm looking forward to the new year, and all my business plans, and personal plans for the year to come.
