I've been pretty good about working out every week. Last week I did zumba 4 times and walked twice. The week before I did zumba 3 times and walked 3 times.
But now today is Friday and I've only done zumba once so far this week, and walked twice. I have 2 more days to catch up, but I hope it will be enough to keep up. I was hoping to see some weight loss by early next week, since I've been working out consistently the past few weeks.
This week was a bit of a challenge because I worked a lot of overtime at my job and got home late each day. I was too tired to do anything, so I just sat in front of the TV. That was not good :-(
